Privacy Policy

Cheater AI is designed for private, user-provided relationship evidence review. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, website, private polls, purchases, notifications, or support channels.

Cheater AI does not provide surveillance, hidden-account lookup, public person pages, or certainty about another person's intent. Reports and polls are based on evidence you choose to provide.

Information You Provide

Private case details such as relationship context, notes, pasted text, screenshots, profile context, and uploaded evidence.
Private friend-check questions, answer options, anonymous answer counts, optional context you choose to share, and aggregate abuse-report status.
Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the content of your request.

App, Purchase, And Device Information

Anonymous Firebase user identifiers, app events, crash diagnostics, and device tokens used for notifications.
Subscription and purchase status from Apple and RevenueCat, such as active entitlement state and product identifiers.
Privacy-preserving Apple Ads attribution, such as campaign, ad group, ad, or keyword identifiers. Standard attribution does not identify you or your device and is not used for cross-company tracking.
Basic technical information such as app version, device type, locale, and diagnostic logs.

How Information Is Used

To create private reports, evidence summaries, evidence-quality notes, and safer next-question suggestions.
To run private polls and show anonymous vote results to the poll owner.
To provide subscriptions, restore purchases, saved report unlocks, support, security, abuse prevention, and notifications.
To improve app reliability, understand product usage, and detect crashes or backend errors.

Sharing And Public Polls

Public friend-check links show only the edited question, optional non-identifying summary, and three answer options. Aggregate results are available only to the case owner inside the app. The service redacts obvious emails, phone numbers, links, and handle-like identifiers before public display where practical. Viewers can report or hide a link, and the owner can close it. Friend links do not support public comments, profiles, or direct contact between users. Review the exact share preview and do not include names, faces, raw screenshots, or other identifying details.

Third-Party Services

Cheater AI may use Apple, Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, OpenAI, and analytics or crash-reporting tools to operate the app. These providers process information only as needed for app functionality, security, purchases, notifications, diagnostics, or report generation.

AI Cloud Analysis

Free report previews are created on your device. Before a full cloud report, the app asks for permission and shows that the messages, screenshots, photos, and notes you selected will be sent to OpenAI, our AI service provider. Only evidence from the selected case is sent. You can decline and keep the on-device preview, or revoke cloud-analysis permission later in Settings. Cheater AI does not use private case evidence to train its own models.

Optional Photo Origin Check

When this optional feature is available, you may separately choose to send one selected profile photo to Google Cloud Vision Web Detection to look for exact or edited copies on public web pages. The app shows this disclosure before the check and sends no other case evidence to the photo provider. Results are photo-source context only: the feature does not identify the person, compare faces, confirm account ownership, access private profiles, or discover hidden accounts. Google states that synchronous Vision API image requests are processed in memory and are not persisted to disk. You can leave this option off and still use the normal evidence and report flow.

Retention And Deletion

You can delete individual cases or erase private app data from Settings. The app sends a matching server-deletion request when the service is reachable. Limited purchase-integrity, security, abuse-prevention, legal, and diagnostic records may be retained where required. Children

Cheater AI is not intended for children. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to use relationship, dating, or subscription services in your jurisdiction.
